Margot theme now works with older versions of Wordpress
A big thanks to Many for his help in fixing Margot to make it run on 2.0.x versions of wordpress. The zip file available for download has been updated.
New Wordpress theme : Margot
Hi all, you probably noticed a new theme in my sidebar (preview theme) called “Margot”. I’m about to release it as a new free wordpress theme, but I’m still making few tests, that’s why I try it with my own blog first. I made this theme for wordpress 2.1.3 and I’m facing troubles with previous versions of wordpress as few functions have changed between. If you want to test this new theme I’ll be glad to give it to you, you just have to contact me by email and I’ll send you the zip file. I really want this theme work on most common versions of wordpress so I count on you to help me a bit.
Margot is a simple text based theme, widget ready, with a fixed width, rounded corners again, a flower again, yeah I know, I love flowers and what else ?? … well you’ll see.
I’m waiting for your suggestions as I’m still wondering about how to design few things I forgot and I’m sure there are many things wich are going wrong.

Note : As not so many people gave me negative feedbacks I release the theme and let’s see what will happen. So you can download Margot theme right now or find it in the download list. Please remember this version doens’t work for previous versions of wordpress 2.1.3.
