If you use child categories in your posts’ organization you can now see them with padding on the left and a light arrow before each list. But note that categories imported through a widget don’t work as they should. In that case, child lists aren’t set with the correct markup and won’t be skinned correctly. To prevent this from happening you have to extract the categories’ block out of the widgets loop, as I did with the pages block (the blue one on top of your sidebar).

Corrections : you can use the standard widget for your categories, but you have to modify one line in /wp-content/plugins/widgets/widgets.php , on line 858 replace < ?php wp_list_cats("sort_column=name&optioncount=$c&hierarchical=$h"); ?> by a simple < ?php wp_list_cats(); ?> and child categories will be displayed correctly.

If you can or don’t want to edit this php file, just download it and overwrite it in your directory (/wp-content/plugins/widgets/)

My PSD files are available, but I have to warn you before you download them, they are truly a mess. So please, please, don’t blame me for that, I’m not a well organized man, so here they are just as I made them. In fact, the most important thing is that I kept my guides; you’ll need them to crop the four images used in the main containers (see Rounded-main.psd). I mean a mess because you won’t find nice layers with explicit names and ready to customize, just use them as an example of how to do your own. Bearing this in mind, I’ve tried to clean up them as much as possible.

For those who don’t have photoshop or enough RAM or are just too lazy to fill layers in other colours, you’ll have to wait for my next sleepless night, unless I receive so many comments that I won’t be able to refuse releasing pink or black editions.

Ok it’s the Rounded theme but what’s new there ?
Well, nothing really new, post metas are just displayed on right and more detailed, i used excellents Fam Fam Silk Icons thanks to Mark James, CSS files have been cut in seven parts to be more comprehensive and calendar block is now skinned (on the contrary to Rounded V2 and V1).

PSD files aren’t yet ready to be released but it’s coming. Download Rounded V2 Blue edition.
